We are currently helping a very large employer to review their costing techniques with a view to vastly improving their knowledge of the profitability (or otherwise!!) of some of their contracts.  This involves the reconstruction of the profit and loss account and the training of staff to allocate costs more accurately, together with some innovative approaches to labour cost analysis.  It is expected that this work will secure the long term future of the business and it's substantial workforce.
