Start up and Incorporation

If you are a start up business we can ensure that (if appropriate) your company is incorporated and all other registrations such as VAT and PAYE are made on your behalf.

We can form a company in a few hours, at a very reasonable cost.  Just tell us the following, and we'll do the rest:-

• Company name

• Location of Registered Office (we can provide this for £200 pa)

• Name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and contact details for each director; along with details of any other limited companies in which they are involved

• Name, address, National Insurance number and contact details for the Company Secretary - we can provide this service for a very small extra cost, if we are the Registered Office

• To comply with Money Laundering Regulations, if you are not known to us, we will also need sight of your passport, driving licence and a utility bill.

We'll then deal with the Annual Returns and all statutory forms from Companies House, without them ever having to bother you.  We'll also deal with the Inland Revenue, including the dreaded Form 42.
