Contractual terms and conditions 

Where we undertake work at your instruction, we will fee you for the time cost involved at our standard charge rates, unless other fee rates have been agreed. All invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date and we reserve the right to charge interest on all unpaid invoices, from the date of the invoice, at the prevailing statutory rates (which are currently 8% above base). Returned cheques and standing orders will incur a charge equal to the bank charges we incur, plus £25 to reflect our time cost in dealing with the matter.
